This is a practice piece from an original by Eric Ravilious. I thought would try and see how hard it was to try this style with a view to creating some of my own landscapes.  I used acrylics for this and tried the scratching technique to create the look that Ravilious used in his paintings. It wasn’t that easy. Anyway it was my version and attempt to try and copy his style.
