I fancied painting a bit of  ‘Goth’ for a change.  It reminded me of a song called Die Krähe by a German metal band ‘Schwarzer Engel’ so I decided to give the painting the same name. It’s from a photo I found on the Internet. I felt inspired by the moodiness of the picture as I was in a dark mood so I felt it was a good choice.
