Eric Porter was and still is one of my favourite actors of all times. At the age of sixteen I watched him play Soames Forsyte in The original Forsyte Saga. I challenged myself to do this portrait in just three days on canvas paper using acrylics in just Payne’s gray and titanium white. It was truly a labour of love and a great tribute to a great actor.
